Q. I already get call tracking information. What can Calltracks tell me that I don’t already know?
A. Existing call tracking is in reality only call counting, which will tell you the number of enquiries per advert. Calltracks uniquely will tell you how many of these calls resulted in sales. Calltracks also identifies customers who call more than once, even if they call from different numbers (e.g. mobile and home), giving you more accurate statistics.
Q. So how will this help me?
A. Full sales data (as well as enquiries data) for each advert allows you to identify which ads are a drain on your budget and which give you the highest return on investment – helping you to spend your money where it matters.
Q. Will I have to spend time ploughing through pages of data?
A. No, Calltracks collates all the information automatically, ready for at a glance analysis. You can choose which data is important to you, how much detail you want, and how often you want to see it.
Q. Does this involve changing my phone numbers?
A. No. All calls will continue to be directed to your existing phone lines. You can continue to use your existing numbers or, if you prefer, we can provide you with additional or new numbers.
Q. I have just changed my phone system, won’t I have to spend even more to use Calltracks?
A. Not at all. Calltracks works seamlessly alongside any set up you already have, including Voip. No wires, no mess and no fuss.
Q. Can you tell me who is my best or worst salesperson?
A. Yes! We are able to monitor each of your call handlers and show who performs, who doesn’t and give you an indication of why.
Q. What will Calltracks cost?
A. Surprisingly little! We will need to speak to you to assess your full needs before we can give you an accurate quote, but our existing customers are delighted that a low monthly outlay is giving them a saving of 30 to 50% of their advertising budget.

A. Our call summary report includes call duration, geographical origin, call status (ie answered /missed/engaged), caller ID, time of call, and response time (number of rings).

A. Our reports include return on investment, call to sale conversions, number of sales and value of sales by advert, campaign or even media type.
Q. What can you tell me about my Web advertising?
A. By using Calltracks, you can accurately measure how many of your telephone calls result in offline sales generated by your website or other online activities.
